With a total thickness of 4 mm, they offer the possibility of adding some extra cushioning to your Feelgrounds. This makes them particularly suitable for beginners transitioning to barefoot shoes, but they’re just as great for anyone who generally prefers a softer ground feel. They are also ideal for people with narrow or low-volume feet to improve the fit of the shoes. Please note: These insoles are exclusively compatible with our Move sport shoes.

Using in non Move shoes, too

Got these included when I ordered the Move model and really liked them. The description says only compatible for the Move shoes, but I'm now also using them in other shoes (Feelgrounds and non-Feelgrounds), and they still fit and work well. They add a small amount of cushioning I really appreciate despite using barefoot shoes 99% of the time for over 2 years now. My feet are fairly low volume so I could probably stack two insoles to "tune" the cushion "setting" - I think these would work well for that possibility.
