For the amount of money I spent on these (plus shipping and customs to CAN), I am not auper satisfied with the quality, shape, or colour. The colour is not quite as pictured, its actually a much warmer brown with orangey undertones. The ankle part is much too narrow which both makes it difficult to put on as well as accentuates the shape of the wide toe box, making it look more clowney than could be. The material looks very shiny and fake plastic looking which im also not a fan of. Well see how they wear in. Not bad enough to want to return but definitely wont be buying again when they wear out. Theyre fine, wearable, etc but the quality doesnt equal the price. Maybe if youre US based it may make more sense for you, but if im spending 200$ i want a high quality product that will last years

The color can appear slightly different depending on lighting and screens, but it should never feel misleading. The ankle fit and the shinier look of the vegan material are also valid points, and I’m sorry that the boot doesn’t match what you were hoping for. Chelsea boots are soft, comfortable and beautifully finished. I can walk with them for hours and I don't feel tired! And soles really stick to the ground, ideal to wear when it rains and it is slippery! Love them!
I just received my pair, after doing hours of research. I thought I did my due diligence. This is embarrassing. My toes are crammed.
I’m a size EU 44 in the black & white knits, I received my THIRD pair in this same order today since I love them so much.
These boots, are a disappointment. Zero room in the toe box. Maybe these are made for women’s feet.
I’ve never been a size bigger than US men’s 11 (EU 44) which means that if I got the EU 45 I’d be a size 12.
These are too expensive to cause this much of an inconvenience. Sucks they come from the other side of the world & you can’t just return or exchange them w out wasting more money time and effort.

We’re really sorry to hear that your experience with the Chelsea Boots hasn’t been as positive as with your Knit Sneakers. The Chelsea actually has the same inner length and width as our sneaker sole, but it differs in design, material, thickness, and tread pattern. Because of these structural differences, it can sometimes feel tighter, especially in the toe box area.
As we mention on our sizing page, some customers might need to size up with the Chelsea. The curved heel, designed to keep the foot securely in place, can position the foot slightly more toward the front. This, combined with the firmer vegan leather (which doesn’t stretch as much as the Knit’s flexible fabric), can make the fit feel more snug even though the actual measurements are the same.
Depending on the model, small differences in perceived space can occur, especially when comparing the ultra-soft Knit material to the sturdier Chelsea upper.
We completely understand that this is disappointing after your research and past positive experiences.
