Unfortunately i had to return it because it was too small for me, but it was my fault. I have measured my feet wrong. Anyway, the shoe was really nice and good looking, made out of very good and quality material. I am actually sad that it was unhappy that i failed with the size.

Just to give you some background: the pair you purchased was from our Sale section and featured an earlier version of our sole. That older sole was made from a softer material, which in some cases could wear down more quickly depending on use.

The good news is that we’ve since completely redesigned and improved our soles. All current models now feature a much more durable sole compound that is significantly more resistant to abrasion. You can read more about these updates here:

Great shoes, good ground contact, warm and dry feet in the winter! They look great and I'm planning to wear them as smart/casual work wear, but also just casually too.

Care instructions

How do I clean my faux leather models?

To clean your faux leather model, first remove loose dirt with a dry, soft shoe brush. If necessary, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution. Wipe off any excess product with a damp cloth. Ensure the shoes dry in a well-ventilated area at room temperature after cleaning or if they get wet. Avoid drying near or on a heater, as this can make the faux leather brittle. For prolonged storage, keep the shoes in a well-ventilated, sun-protected area. Our faux leather models are not machine washable.

To maintain, protect, and refresh the color of the faux leather, you can use a faux leather care. Alternatively, you can use a waterproofing spray. The waterproofing spray is not necessary for the Patrol Winter, as this model is already 100% waterproof. With our Chelsea models, however, the use of a waterproofing spray is particularly recommended for the elastic ankle piece. To complete the care routine, lightly spritz the inside of your shoes with an odor-neutralizing spray.
